Return Policy

a. The buyer shall have the right to cancel any order only in the following circumstances:

1. If the Seller (RooCreate) has failed to deliver the goods within 90 days of the order

2. If the goods are faulty, in which states that the buyer must immediately inform RooCreate of any fault or defected as proven. This is provided that the buyer shall have done this within a reasonable timeframe and in no case longer than 30 days after receiving their goods.

b. If the buyer wishes to cancel their order, please email . regarding your case. The cancellation request will be processed and determined by RooCreate. If the order/goods has already been put into production, cancellation might not be possible.

c. In the case of cancellation where the buyer chooses to cancel on behalf of personal grounds, as opposed to faulty or delayed order, the buyer shall be responsible for all costs.

d. All returned items from buyer to RooCreate must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition. RooCreate will not cover any shipping costs for returns.
