Printing & Order
  • What is the lead time for ordering packaging?
    • The design of a package can take several months from start to finish. For more custom prints, the production itself can take several weeks to complete. It then can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship the packaging to your door. If you want a more specific quote on lead times and how we can accomodate you, the best thing to do is contact us.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    • This depends on the type of package you are ordering. You will be able to see the minimum order quantity once you’ve chosen your desired package.
  • Can I order a sample package first?
    • Yes, you can. Please email for more information on this.
  • Can I change my order?
    • Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been sent for production.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • The design of your package is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a packaging order, you will have to cancel it before it has been sent to production. If it has been sent to production, you cannot cancel.
Packaging & Design
  • What will I get with my package design?
    • You will receive a custom designed package of your choice, branded with your logo or design of your choice. We fit in all of the necessary details, whether it’s a UPC code or an ingredient list.
  • What type of packages do you offer?
    • We offer a variety of packaging options, giving you an array of choices for your product. Please see our products page to view all of our package options.
  • What are the different types of materials that you offer?
    • We offer a wide selection of post-consumer materials, recycled and moulded cardboards, compostable pouches and non-plastic bags.
  • Are there any limitations with any of the packages (cannot carry food, etc.)?
    • Yes. These will be specified on the product page.
  • What is a UPC code?
    • A UPC code, or a Universal Purchase Code, is a barcode used for products that will be scanned upon purchase. If you require a UPC code for your product, you will need to supply this to us.
  • Can I request a custom box that isn’t included on your website?
    • Yes, you can. Simply choose the custom box option and you’ll be able to tell us exactly what you are looking for. We will then source a print quote and send it back to you to review.
Shipping & Payment
  • How long does shipping take?
    • We will provide you an estimate once you have are at the order process.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    • This depends on where you are located and the quantity you will be ordering. We will provide you with an estimate once you are at the order process.
  • Do you offer rush shipping?
    • Yes, we do. This is an option at the order phase.
  • Where do you ship to?
    • At this stage, we only ship to the US and Australia.
  • What if my shipment is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
    • Please contact us at and tell us about your issue.
  • Payment options
    • We only offer PayPal as a payment option at this moment, however we plan on introducing other payment methods soon.
  • What happens if I get an error when paying?
    • Please do not try to process your payment again as it may have gone through. Send us an email at to check if your payment went through.
  • Can I pay in partial payments?
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer partial payments at this stage.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my order?
    • We guarantee 100% satisfaction rate, so if you are not happy with your design, we will make sure this is rectified. Simply contact us on and explain to us why you are not satisfied.
